Fitness Classes

We have a wide range of Fitness Classes available at Byw’n Iach centres across Gwynedd.

We have classes to suit all levels and abilities.

Ranging from high intensity workouts to those that focus on the mind and body. If you’re looking to lose a few pounds or just maintain your fitness, then a fitness class could be ideal for you.

Fitness classes are a great way to improve your fitness as well as make new friends. The extra motivation of training with others is proven to help you keep going and help you reach your goals more consistently.

The classes are run by experienced and qualified coaches.

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before the start of the class if it your first time, to have a chat with the instructor. We also recommended booking your place in the class beforehand, as a they are very popular.

Our Fitness Direct Debit package customers can attend any fitness classes as part of their package, and can can even book their place online!
