A 20 Minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class you can do at home with Tammy. No equipment required. Don’t forget to warm up and cool down properly and enjoy!

40 Seconds Each
20 Second rest between activities
Activities:
1. 6 mountain climbers then jump up
2. Ice skaters
3. High knees
4. Power jacks
