We are going to be conducting live fitness classes for you to do at home! These will be conducted live over the Zoom App which is available free here:
Low – Lower Intensity Class
Intermediate – Mid-Level Intensity Class
High – High Intensity Class

18.30pm-19.00 – Core – Intermediate
07.00-07.30 – HIIT – High
11:30-12:00 – Movement for Wellbeing – Low
18.30-19.00 – Total Body Condition (dumbbells required) – Low
09.30-10.00 – Core – Low
10.30-11.00 – Light circuit – Low
07.00-07.30 – Tabata (dumbells required) – Intermediate
09.00-10.15 – Yoga – Low
10:30 – 11:00 – Pilates – Low
18.30-19.00 – Cardio Circuit – High

The Byw’n Iach exercise classes are provided for information, guidance and motivation only, it is not designed as a structured home exercise programme.
By choosing to participate in the Byw’n Iach online physical activity session, I the participant accept that I undertake and engage in the session without supervision at my own risk.
Participants accept that Byw’n Iach is not liable for any injury or harm that is sustained as a direct result of the physical activity session.
Participants are encouraged to exercise common sense and always seek the guidance of a medical professional before undertaking any form of online physical activity.
Participants with pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect their ability to participate in online physical activity sessions, should seek medical advice and obtain confirmation for their suitability to take part before participating.
It is the responsibility of the participant to make the instructor aware of any conditions or injuries via email or phone call prior to participating in the online physical activity session.
- It is advised to consult with your GP before starting exercising
- During the online class, make sure you have easy access to a phone.
- Make sure that you have any medications you might need with you eg asthma inhaler, GTN spray.
- Wear comfortable and appropriate clothing and footwear.
- Ensure that you have space, and practical support if needs be.
- Exercise within your own limit.
- Keep hydrated
- Stop exercising if you feel at all unwell.
