Aims and Objectives: Prepare delegates to undertake the role of workplace first aider where the employer’s First Aid needs assessment has identified the requirement for them to hold a First Aid at Work certificate.
Pre Requisites’: 16 years if age
Purpose: Under the Health and Safety (First Aid) regulations 1981 a First Aider undertakes an initial 3 day course of training including assessment.
Qualification Duration (valid For): Three years
