All parents who have a child in swimming lessons have received an email with instructions on how to register on the Home Portal.

If you are not registered, parents/guardians need to register their child to create a Home Portal account HERE: (link).The following information relating to your child will be required to set up your Home Portal account:

• Membership Number
• Child’s DOB
• Postcode
• Contact email address
• Secure password – 8 characters long, includes an uppercase letter, includes a lowercase letter, includes a number and a symbol

You will not be able to set up or use a Home Portal account if the information you use to register your child is not identical to the information we hold on our system.

Please contact your local centre if you think our details may be incorrect or you’re having trouble registering.

• Once you have set up a Home Portal account, you will be able to access your child’s swimming assessment information at any time that suits you, from the comfort of your home. You will not need to ask for an update at reception, or from the instructor at the swimming pool.
• You will receive an email every time your child successfully completes a stage of the swimming program.
• Read and learn about your child’s continued development.
• You can see your child’s next session on the site.
