Byw’n Iach is committed to providing inclusive opportunities, for everyone including disabled people, across their facilities and programmes. The company will also use its resources to encourage other partners to work inclusively so that there are suitable opportunities for everyone within our communities to be active.
We are proud to have passed Insport accreditation at the Ribbon Bronze level . Insport is a program through Disability Sports Wales which promotes inclusive opportunities in the sporting world.

We offer free entry for Carers to our Pools and Gyms, if a disabled user requires support to participate.

The hall will be full of fun sessions including a bouncy castle, a sensory area and a variety of different toys so there will be no shortage of fun things to do! Who will be able to join the sessions? The sessions are open to all children or young people with additional needs as well as their families. Siblings, parents, carers and grandparents are all welcome! The sessions are for the whole family!

Disabled Swimming Sessions are available in all of out 7 swimming Pools:
Disabled Swimming Sessions, with access to an Oxford Dipper 140 Transferable Changing Room Hoist are available in all of our Pools.
Group Swimming lessons for children with additional needs are available at all pools.
Byw’n Iach offers free swimming for everyone with a Young Carer ID card. We will provide free access to public swimming sessions for the Carer + 1 friend or family member.
Byw’n Iach is participating in the national MAX Card scheme. More information on this website: Max Card. We will provide free access to family swimming sessions in our pools for families with a Max Card. One adult member of the family will need to be a Byw’n Iach Card holder, in order for the family to access free swimming
