We have a wide range of classes to suit all abilities and fitness levels. We offer swimming pool activities as well as fitness classes in our studio.
Our Indoor Cycling classes are very popular and ensure you can enjoy the hobby during the colder months or help you become fitter and healthier.
We also have a Fitness Suite with a variety of Pulse fitness machines, bikes and free weights.

Following the temporary closure of Bro Dysynni swimming pool on the 15th of August due to issues with the air handling system, the specialist engineer has now been to evaluate, and we hope to resolve the problem as soon as possible. We will continue to update you as matters progress and a completion date is confirmed. Your patience, understanding, and loyalty mean a great deal to Byw’n Iach and we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
At the moment, the tennis courts are out of use for customer.
