Byw’n Iach Membership Cancellation & Cooling-Off Policy
Cooling-Off Period (First 14 Days)
You have the right to cancel your membership within 14 days of joining.
If you cancel within this period and have not used the facilities, you will receive a full refund. You must visit the centre you signed up to with the card you paid.
If you cancel within this period after using the facilities, we will deduct a pro-rata amount to reflect the services used.

After the initial 14 days, your membership is subject to the agreed minimum term period of 6 months. After the initial period you are required to give 1 month’s written notice if you wish to cancel. We cannot cancel membership over the phone
You may cancel by giving by:
Membership fees remain payable during the notice period. You can continue to use the facilities throughout your cancellation notice.
You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. However, cancelling your dd instruction does not cancel your contract, and you will be invoiced for any months due.
