About Byw'n Iach Pafiliwn

Byw'n Iach Pafiliwn in Barmouth offers a range of fitness activities and classes.

We offer a great range of fitness classes. All designed to help you keep fit and healthy. We have something for all abilities, from those who want intensive work, to those who want to lose a bit of weight.

Our centre is right by the beach, giving us a wonderful view from the indoor cycling studio on the first floor.

We also have a Fitness Suite with a variety of Pulse fitness machines, bikes and free weights.
